WORK STARTS ON NEW RESIDENTIAL PROJECT OF HIGH-END RENTAL CONDOS IN BOUCHERVILLE

Boucherville, September 19, 2018 – Mr. Zak Lupu, President and Founder of White Stone, and Mr. Jean-Marc Bélanger, Vice President Operations, Multiresidential Division, Cogir Real Estate, came together on September 19 for the official groundbreaking of the Le Filips rental condominium project. “This major construction project will include 96 high-end rental units as well as indoor parking and large storage spaces,” Mr. Lupu said.

“By building new living spaces, we are meeting the needs of people who want to fully experience what the best of Old Boucherville has to offer,” Mr. Bélanger explained. Spearheaded by Cogir Real Estate, the opening of Le Filips is scheduled for July 1, 2019.
